We have just got back from the best 3 days in Barcelona and I just wanted to email you to say thank you! The students had such an amazing experience and got so much out of it. I was also so impressed with the support I had when one of our students needed medical care and I had to contact the emergency number. Both members of staff I spoke to were really helpful and really calming in a stressful situation. Again, they were really thorough and I also had a follow up message this morning. Please pass on my thanks for them both, I don’t know what I would have done without them.
There were other schools staying at the hostel who had booked with other providers and were not overly happy. I told them about WST and about how excellent your service is and told them to consider you for their next trip. I will definitely be looking to book Barcelona with you again for next year. We have travelled with other travel companies before but Next Generation Travel were a step ahead of other companies. The level of service was excellent and provided a personal touch taking care of everything we needed. They really do think of everything!

It was excellent. I like that there is always a bit of flexibility on this trip to include/exclude things based on what's going on. We were able to include 2 fantastic pilgrimages to see the graves of relatives of students on our trip.

Absolute perfect battlefield guides and are a credit to Anglia Tours. They go out of their way to make the experience personal for the students, researching their relatives and going on pilgrimages to pay their respects. They build an incredibly strong positive relationship with staff and students alike, and have the perfect combination of expertise, integrity and humour to make the trip a memorable experience for all involved. I have been on several Anglia Battlefield Tours and I am always impressed by how well organised and lead they are.
We wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to all involved for such an amazing, moving, interesting, fun and thought-provoding trip.
To summarise, overall a great trip. Cadets were full of praise for Steve (guide) and Kevin (driver). I will be recommending to the Commandant that Anglia Tours be our preferred provider in future.
