Anglia Guide Mark Brennan Pays a Tribute to Captain Sir Tom Morre

Last week the Suffolk News ran an article on the latest in a series of murals created by the Hadleigh and District Royal British Legion (RBL) to help raise awareness for its support services for former or serving Armed Forces personnel and their families.

The mural which pays tribute to Captain Sir Tom Moore, installed outside Ipswich Building Society in Hadleigh High Street, was painted by RBL Branch Chairman and Anglia Tours guide Mark Brennan.

In addition to the series of murals that he has painted over the last year or so Mark, who has always been interested in ‘trench art’ also painted some murals at Camp Bastion during his time in Afghanistan. This photo show Mark hard at work on one called ‘Hole to Suffolk’.
