Washington
'Taxation without Representation'
The permanent national capital, founded in 1790, is home to all three branches of the Federal government, as well as many of the nation's monuments and museums. From the Capitol Visitor Center, the Smithsonian Institution and Arlington Cemetery, to the Lincoln and Washington Memorials and the National Holocaust Memorial Museum, there are endless sites of interest for every group, allowing us to create itineraries tailored to your exact requirements.
The city is an ideal destination for groups studying American politics and history, and can be combined with visits to American Civil War battlefields such as Manassas, Antietam and Gettysburg, plus Harper's Ferry and Jefferson's home at Monticello.
Please note that due to security restrictions it is no, longer possible for groups to visit the Capitol Building or the White House.
